SubTrakt helps you manually track subscriptions and recurring expenses on your iPhone. This page covers common questions and known limitations.
Troubleshooting
- Data isn't syncing. Check that iCloud is enabled on your device and that you're signed in to the correct Apple Account. SubTrakt syncs through your private iCloud account when iCloud Sync is available.
- Reminders aren't appearing. Open iOS Settings → Notifications → SubTrakt and confirm notification permissions are granted.
- Exported CSV won't open. Try opening it in Numbers, Excel, or Google Sheets.
Known limitations
- No bank imports.
- No automatic subscription detection.
- No automatic cancellation.
- No currency conversion.
- No AI categorization.
- iCloud Sync depends on your iCloud availability.
- All data is manually entered.
